He probably deleted it himself. He was getting the 5th degree for boom whopping a nanny. I saw that one going south as soon as I saw the pictures.

The Hunt-Wa Forum quarterbacks probably ran him off this site for good. That being said, it's time for a mandatory mtn. goat I.D. Test for every person that draws a goat tag.

Well maybe it's time for field training with biologists and the RMGA then. Talk about making yourself look bad....

Just a question, is the tag for Billy only or either sex?

And yes, I know the challenges with goat recruitment.

I think it’s time for people to pull up their pants and quit being such babies.  Who gives a rats butt what someone says about your photo or hunt!!!!  Long arming, nanny, doe, cow, damn!  If you kill it and post it, don’t friking worry what people say.  Man this place is like a soap opera sometimes, and I’m talking about sensitive people who post, not the ones who comment!!   Damn

IIRC you can’t remove threads unless you have admin status, all he would have been able to do is remove what he posted.

The issue most have with it is bolded.

This is what the regs say: "One adult goat of either sex with horns 4 inches or longer WDFW strongly encourages hunters to refrain from shooting nannies, except in conflict reduction hunts Although nannies can be legally taken by permit holders, mountain goat populations are very sensitive to removal of adult females."

That’s what my understanding was it’s hard to believe the mods would have pulled it unless he was begging them to?

He deleted the entire content of his thread after getting the 3rd degree about shooting a nanny. I deleted the thread at that point.

This is locked.
