I wouldnt waste my time on a guided elk or mule deer in WA unless you have drawn a good tag or know of a outfit that is hunting private property. Id personally go on a horseback early season wilderness WY high country hunt for mule deer or the wilderness bull elk rifle hunts in Sept.
