paper cartridge, just bite the end off and load:

I've been carrying this one around for several years.  Time to roll some new ones with 209s in them.

The original and I LOVE IT!!!

Probably a lot of people know this but paper cartridges loaders were used ages ago as method of quickly loading and firing your weapon.

I really like the Thompson center speed loaders. Just a simple tube.
I think the single one is called a rip cord, they have a 3 tube version too. If you're using pellets, they're perfect. Loose powder and bullets get messy in a single tube though. They have little spots to keep your newly legal 209s too.
