Big Bull Down.....
« on: September 17, 2018, 10:25:46 AM »
It's every hunters hope to draw a bull tag and for my son, age 12 his hopes and dreams came early after putting in for a couple years.  After a few hunting trips he finally got within a comfortable shooing range of 200 yards to put a one shot placement on this bull dropping it within his tracks.  It was a great spot and stalk hunt that proved his patience as there were opportunities to shoot at a farther distance but he owed it to the animal to make a shot he knows he can make with his .270  Freezer is filled up and now it's onto some deer hunting.

Awesome!! Looks like a happy kid and a happy dad.
He's going to have to work to top that bull!
Thanks for sharing.

Great looking bull.
Congrats to you both.
