You will see moose though...well I did
Man I hope we see a moose.

We have been over for doe hunts in 154 when the kids were 10-11.  We saw mule deer, whitetail deer, turkeys, coyotes and even a cougar.  Haven't seen an elk with the kids yet or a bear.  A moose would be cool for them to see.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

I spoke with a farmer on the Touchet who has two living on his property just outside Waitsburg.

Most awesome day ever. Jessica got a shot at a nice 4x4 this morning, buck fever got her and she missed. We hunted that deer the rest of the morning. Couldn’t get close again. Maybe tomorrow.

We saw a bull calf moose and it’s mother. Epic.

Then in the afternoon we decided to shoot the rifle since we weren’t seeing anything just to make sure she was on. Looked to the left and two does and a wallhanger buck are running away from our target practice. No shot but it was cool to see.

Was snowing when we came off the hill tonight.

Can’t wait for tomorrow.
