Animal hides
« on: September 23, 2018, 06:00:55 PM »
I do not know if this is the correct spot to post this, if I am wrong feel free to correct me.
My name is Andrew and I have been leather crafting for two years now, and now learning to tan hides. I am thinking of turning my hobby into maybe a part time income.
I have ran into hunters who just leave their hides in the woods. If you guys want to work something out, I would love to take your hides. Feel free to message me, let us see if we can come to an arrangement. :)

Andrew, if you're ever around the tricities, I can have rabbit hides available for you for practicing. I raise them for the meat and haven't found anyone super interested in the hides yet. Feel free to PM me.

No I am interested, I just got done packing for Tri cities, I will be spending some time there for EMT. As for pricing, I am not sure. I have only had a few practices with hides brought by family friends and some Army buddies. Let me get back to you on pricing this coming Friday. As for your reply Jenna, I will be in the Tri Cities all month for EMT with AMR. Let me know what time works for you.

When you get the time to figure the pricing out I might get some raw hides to be taned.
