Bulls Screamin!!
« on: October 08, 2018, 11:37:38 AM »
my dad and brother were back up in the Colockum this weekend and the bulls were going nutz!!! Wish I had a muzzle bull tag.  They saw several fights and had a few bulls come right into them.  The muzzle bull tag holders should be doing just fine.

I love the way it is now and anybody that tries to change it has to come through me.
That should be all of our attitudes.

I was in Troy Idaho this weekend (not hunting  :bash:) it sprinkled all day Saturday.  At 1st light sunday morning, the sun came out and for a hour there was 5 bulls screaming at each other.  It was pretty cool.

Yeah except for the elk I'm after seem to understand property lines. No lie, I had 13 bulls and about 40 cows at 232 yds with a range finder, screaming and running around like maniacs on Saturday morning but they wouldn't come closer and cross the property line for me! One bull was probably 350+ the rest average size and one really gnarly rag horn with pale white antlers. Had about 4 brow times on one side and a small frame rack that was twisty. He was about 20 yds from the fence with a curious spike but wouldn't jump over it! Aahhh! In an any elk unit too...
