I have had problems in the silverdale one, Morons I think I helped more of the costumers then they did. They had by bow all screwed up, so i took there tools and tuned the bow myself. They dont know what there talking about they need to get new people in there... there use to be some real good people in there now it went to crap....

Yup! Silverdale "Wholesale Sports" (a.k.a. Sportsmans Warehouse) or whatever they call themselves today has some of THE WORST customer service hands down!!! Sportco (Fife) would be next in line and Cabelas after that (in regard to poor customer service).

With that said, where the heck can an honest sportsman go to get the customer service they deserve? Please let me know.

For anything archery related, the Nock Point.. Mont lk terrace..
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

Unfortunately working for retail isn't for everyone.  I wouldn't mind talking hunting and fishing all day, but I could pay the bills on what they pay and what I did make I would probably spend on gear.  It can be a good spot for buying gear.  Experience, is well experience.  You have a sale rep probably working with the store employees as well as there personal experiences.  There are some very experienced individuals on this site.  I would offer my opion at the store to help the many young assosiates when needed.  We all had to start somewhere, so I wouldn't bash them.  I have definately ran into those that didn't know there stuff at the store, but I knew that, purchased what I needed and left.
So, Hoytstaffshooter, you were probably one of the ones helping to educate a few if they sat in on your seminar.  So, one of these times help them out instead of bashing them.  I know you like taking the heat from the group as your pretty consistent at it.  Help them out next time and tell us about that story.
Cut em!
It's not the shells!  It's the shooter!
