Hwy241/Hanford road hunting

Has anyone ever hunted the ridge just out of Sunnyside headed North on 241? Around the top where the pullout is on the West side?

I have not.  Given the very limited amount of public land and the tricky access issues in that area, I'm not sure you'll find much help here. 

If anyone has solved the access puzzle, I doubt they'll post the secret online.  You can always hope for a PM though 


Also, if you find a good way to hunt the area, feel free to send me a PM with tips

The reason I asked is because I saw a good size herd of Mule deer grazing along the ridge the day before right at sunrise. I was driving through to work in Sunnyside. Didn't have my binos so I don't know what bucks if any we're around..
