Well I thought I had some permission and still do but the neighboring land owner has elected to allow a friend to run wild with his no hunting signs. I showed him that a portion of what he was claiming was not his on OnX maps and I could tell it was not going to go anywhere.
I went to another land owner that allows everyone to hunt and got permission but his hired hand said it is an absolute cluster. This is not exactly what I was hopeful for with a kid but we have this as an option. If anyone does not mind sharing a spot or has access to some ground where a youth can whack a deer that would be awesome.
