When it gets nippy out I really get the smokin bug! Pork ribs and and a new try, Mediterranean lamb breasts  :drool:

since i already had a request for recipes  :chuckle:

pork rib dry rub
    Sugar – ¼ cup
    Dark Brown Sugar – ¼ cup
    Paprika – 1/3 cup (if you like some heat replace with smoked paprika)
    Salt – 3 Tbs
    Black Pepper – 1 Tbs
    Garlic Powder – 1 Tbs
    Onion Powder – 1 Tbs
    Chili Powder – 1 Tbs
    Cumin 1/2 tsp
 
Mediterranean Lamb breast rub
Ill let you know if its good  :chuckle:

I was unimpressed its pretty hard to get bad ribs and we always get good meat from the local walmart super center in lacey but this pair was pure fat n grissel. oh well midnight ill be starting a 12 lb boston butt for the game tomm  :IBCOOL:
