Bacon-wrapped Backstraps

From my archery doe.  Marinaded it overnight and then put it on the grill over really hot coals.  Insanely good.

Yes, Kamado-style grill.  Basically the wal-mart green egg knockoff.  Love the grill/smoker, and much cheaper than the real egg.  In this case, I did high heat and grilled it.  Maybe I will smoke the next one.
