According to the WDFW,  "the herd is in great shape for its numbers",   "the high country bucks didn't migrate last year because the winter was so mild"

I heard the herd numbers were comparable to what they were in the 80's. The road kill numbers in the Methow valley were at an all time high last winter because the population was so good. Hold it that was a dream
