pellets or cubes for whitetails
« on: October 17, 2018, 03:51:13 PM »
Trying to get my buddy his first big game animal and with his crazy travel schedule, we were able to set up 3 days for him to hunt. I have a few spots up in the NE corner that I have hunted for years and know well. My plan is to go up the weekend following general deer and hang some cameras and put out some feed. I normally use compressed alfalfa bales since its a bit of a hike in but considering pellets or cubes. Anybody tried them for whitetails?

Used all 3. Stay with compressed, works best imo!

That is what I am thinking too, but I have a coupon on compressed and pellets.  :o
