Had an amazing time walking around looking for deer around colville, didn't see anything but put on some miles and had a great time out in the wild and that's all that matters

Way to go you have the right attitude
You are right that is what it's all about time outside with family.
Too many people only think their hunt is successful if they kill something to me those people are missing out.
Great pic by the way
I'm your dam tour guide Arnie please don’t wonder off the dam tour.
Take as many dam pictures as you want ....
Are there any dam questions ..

Had a great time up there with my two boys this past Monday - Thursday.
We each managed to come home with tags - though the youngest passed on a young spike the last morning.
Beautiful country up there.
Camped just north of Colville, and hunted DNR lands no more than 20 minutes away.
Always fun to spot 100 - 150 whitetail in the alfalfa fields each morning on the way to the woods we hunted that were solid for 5 - 10 doe per day.
And that's not to mention the turkeys - which I gotta say..what would ya do if ya shot one.....chew on em?
Will do it again.. though next year..will likely be November.
Seems you're close enough to get back at this year without the 7 hour drive - the best of luck to you.
