I know... that sucker probably weighs 350lbs on the hoof. It makes his rack look small, but he’s probably a nice buck

Shot a big bodied (141 lbs at butcher) forkie on the 16th as it was the best and almost the only thing I had seen. Then go back yesterday to get my cams. Saw a beast of a buck trailing a doe and all the spikes and small 2 points that had been on my cams were not on there at all since the day I got my buck. All replaced by huge bodied 2x3s and a couple 3 points. Most of them were on camera within a moment or two after a doe had gone by.

Here is a photo of a nice 3X3 with eyeguards, a rare sight on Decatur. He was one of my target bucks but I ended up shooting my other target on a different stand before I had a chance to sit here. I know where he'll be next September though.  8)
