Kick-eez/sorbothane
« on: March 20, 2009, 01:14:06 PM »
Just wondering if any body here uses this product in the pre-fit mode. I like to shoot my 06 and 45-70, but after 15 rounds it gets uncomfortable with the factory installed product. Would the recoil pad change be better than a shoulder recoil pad?

Just wanting some input.
Thanks, Sisu

I've never used a kick-eze pad but put limbsaver pads on all my guns, even a 243, for the recoil reduction and increased LOP(in the case of the 243). limbsaver pads are worth their weight in gold if you ask me.

Have one on my .270 and .257.
Makes the .257 kick like a .22.

A friend of mine built a wildcat .416 based on the .458 win mag case. he put a limbsaver on it and my son who was 14 at the time was able to shoot it easily!
