Shot this Sunday October 28th. White River GMU, hunting some timber and seen this guy at 15 yards, he was crouched down in some ferns staring at me. Put 1 in his chest and another in the neck just to make myself feel better.

Rare sight and lucky to get one.  Ive only seen one while out hunting and it took off running before I could do anything.

in 30+ years of hunting I’ve probably seen a half dozen or so, mostly just a glimpse, did get a shot off on one at about 400 yards but missed. This one though never blinked or flinched. Never know what his intentions were I guess
