Great
Now I have to google what an electric cubber is!  :chuckle:

There are tenderizers and there are cubers. I have an electric cube machine like the one I operated in the meat industry for 35+ years. The cube machines are expensive. I got mine at an auction for $250. Hobart makes the best. Check at a restaurant/meat co. supply outfit..I'll bet Spokane Restaurant Supply has one. You can buy a hand tenderizer of around $25---has three rows of "needles" and is on a spring type frame. I use one to tenderize my steaks here at the Lodge. Hope this helps.
Thanks for all for your past support...We officially pulled the plug and have retired from the Biz. Still dabble a little in real estate.

Amazon has a Weston on right now for under $90 that usually sells for $150 - and they are offering free shipping.
It has solid reviews and looks to be made from cast aluminum with stainless steel blades.
It is manual, but should get the job done unless you're going into the diced meat business.

Have a Hobart that is from the 1950s and it still works like a champ .

I think Big10 Gauge had listed a Hobart on here a short time ago. I can't find it so it might be gone.
