Some of my route drivers are reporting that they are seeing some big ones in the valley. Just a heads up for those who have the tag...

Rut is getting going. Saw another buck this morning chasing a doe.

My hunt doesn’t start until the 15th.  I was worried I’d be a few days late but it sounds like I’ll be just about right from the sounds of it.

Your timing is going to be perfect. I just spent 2 days in there. Both daylight till dark and saw very very little rut activity. Saw one really nice shooter buck but he wasn’t acting rutty at all
