We’ve been up clover springs and now on bethel not really getting into many elk except on private land in the bottom. Anybody have any suggestions? My 12 year old son drew the tag this is his first elk hunt. I always hunt in the high country packed in this road hunting thing is kinda new for me. Thanks. Great pictures!  We need more young or new hunters out there.  Hard to take kids hunting when they have school and there is only two weekends.  I grew up in Montana.  We had five weekends and Thanksgiving break to hunt.
