My girlfriend got drawn for this unit and we plan to give it a few days this week. I have hunted in the unit but not for deer and am not that familiar with the western side of the unit by the wind river where I plan to start. I have researched a lot and have some general big timber ideas but everything I find for info is roughly 8 years old. Anyone willing to pm or discuss how the late hunt has been in more recent years? I expect it to be a tough hunt but we are in pretty good shape and plan to work for them.
