Trapper Training Class up North and East-side
« on: November 13, 2018, 01:41:51 PM »

Okay, I been reading the sign up classes and it looks like there are people asking if and when there will be a class up North and also over on the East-side.

How many people are interested in a class up north and how many are interested in a class on the east side?

The reason is all classes are done for the year (except December 1st & 8th) but, if there are enough people for a class, I will find an Instructor for a class and see if we can put one on before the end of the year or some time in January.  One thing; No Instructor wants to throw on a class if there are only going to be two or three people.  And with trapping season on now, it might be real hard to find an Instructor.

I'm pretty bummed that I was too late to sign up for the class on the 8th. It would've been ideal since I live on the coast near Raymond, but I'd be willing to drive north if that's my only option.

What area are we talking North? Bellingham, Everett?

We're thinking more in the line of February ................... maybe, only if there is enough interest. (12-24 people)
We have to pay a fee to rent a conference/meeting room.
So we need to find that room for you folks.

I am just trying to be legal. I need this class.

This coming Saturday is the last class for the season down at Cabela's in Lacy.
It starts at 9:00am upstairs meeting room by the lunch room ~ be there we'll get you in the class.
If you want to trap this season; this is the class to attend.

February is a long way off and its not a guarantee we will have a class.
If we don't have a class in February, I think the next class will be in August.   :yike:
See you in Lacy Saturday.

My son and I would definitely be interested in the February class.

I have access to a location in North Lynnwood/ south Everett area that could accommodate that number of people and it wouldn’t cost you anything. PM if interested.
