I have a picture of a grizzly bear out of Loomis about 25 years ago. The picture was taken to WDFW by me, in person and they said it was a black bear. Nope, it was a grizzly. Everybody I showed it to said grizzly.
Got the ole Glock .40 strapped on gotta watch out for those vicious cats!
My question is, why would wdfw even waste resources investigating? You think you saw a cougar? Okay, cool story. This is washington, lots of cougars live here. Its what it is.

It's from an old 35mm film camera and it's really dark and green.
