Awesome, I hope you saved some of the meat, it's great. Pound it out with a meat tenderizer fry like pork and server cover with a Frangelca    Sause it's the cat's meow good stuff

Agreed.  I bet it was 125+ based on OP's height and the girth of that thigh.  The cat in my avatar was 115 and I'm 6'1/200.
