I bought a pair of Viper HD’s the year they came out. I’ve used and abused them for years with no complaints. I just bought Leica HD-B’s so I sent the Vortex in, hoping they would clean them up so I can sell them. Well, I just got them back and they completely “rebuilt” my binos, new lenses, new coatings, new eye cups, purged and factory alignment. Changed my mind about selling them and feel a little guilty for buying the HD-B’s....a little. This has to be the best customer care of any product period.
Side note....anyone have harness recommendations for 10x42 HD-B’s? Just bought the OV (size L per there sizing chart) and although I love the harness, the HD-B’s are way too tight.
