Leupold VX-6HD scopes
« on: November 28, 2018, 09:08:42 PM »
Anybody have experience with these scopes? I am considering a Leupold VX-6HD Rifle Scope 34mm Tube 4-24x 52mm CDS-ZL2 from Midway.

I am looking at the 3x18-44.  Should be a sweet set up.

I have the same exact scope and I’ve been dialing a ton and Hunting a lot with it this year and it’s been flawless. Shot a bear at 680, it tracks perfect

I have the non HD VX6 on my 20-250 and it's been a very nice scope, great optics.  The VX6 HD is supposed to be a little better so it should be a very nice scope.

Have the 4-24 and 7-42.   Work great.  Got custom cds for the 4-24 but just use the stock moa turret on the 7-42 .

I have a VX5HD 3-15×44 and a VX6HD 3-18×50 and both are great. I first had looked at the Nightforce shv but the zero stop or zero set, whatever it is was really mushy,  never stopped at zero on the 2 scopes I looked at. So I chose the Leupold with firedot reticle and couldn't be happier.
