Because a lot of the spring hunts could be considered a quality hunt IMO. (If bears are your thing) and cluttering up the woods with every Tom Dick and Harry would ruin that. I support more tags in every unit. Not enough for every Tom, Dick and Harry but just enough for the Tom’s and Harry’s because we certainly don’t need anymore dicks in the woods.
@D-Rock425 Actually, we need far more Dick's in the woods. Some you can ask "hey, do you have a pencil Dick?" He may or may not. You don't know unless you ask.
