He is Great bull for sure. Pretty impressive to see and hear him bugle in person  :tup:
Not sure of his exact age but I would guess at least 9 or 10.
He is not a Washington bull or a hunt able bull.

Not huntable? Does he live in a national park or some other type area where no hunting is allowed?

It appears to be some sort of aquatic grass.  Its really common to see both deer and elk feeding underwater like this in that area.
