Nock Point Archery- Mountlake Terrace
« on: December 02, 2018, 07:07:01 PM »
Brought in a bow (new to me) to get tuned up before I started shooting and getting it dialed in. Michael and Bill stayed 30 minutes after closing to help me get everything tuned in and timing lined up. They gave me exceptional service even as a first time customer and I will be going back to them for all future archery needs.

Just wanted to pass the word along for excellent customer service with knowledgable staff!

Yeah, I've always had a good experience there. Bill's grumpy, but in a way that you can appreciate :-).

Glad you had a good experience, I was (I am told, by other shops) sold the wrong spine arrow and my rest was not configured properly when I left.

Bill runs a good place. I have always trusted his advice on what to buy. I have never seen him try and up sell anybody. I live in Custer, and if I need anything bowhunting I will see him.

Did you take it back and have them adjust it.  They will always set things right from what I have seen.  They have had my business for 15 hears now.
May that for which I prepare never come to pass.

I expected nothing less haha, the owner is pretty funny and my first time there was like yours except they had a tournament going on and they were still able to service my bow and share a few laughs.
Never argue with a stupid person, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
