You using beaver meat and a lure? I had limited success with a muskrat quarter and moonshine. Kinda quit but all your catches are making me think I should give it another whirl

I caught a female one time and the water had really frozen the door shut hard. She squealed for like 10 minutes straight getting it open

Just straight muskrat. All my traps smell pretty minky now so there is that.
