one never knows what he would do,until youve been there.Ive had several close encounters of the fury kind,Bears!I growled at one, that didnt turn him,just pissed my buddy off,as he got almost to close I pulled my 44 and yelled at him and got big as I could,that turned him.My buddie still says Im an *censored* for growling

My favorite commercial of all time was one where two campers find a grizzly in their camp. They are standing next to each other, and one guy has one of those plastic bears full of honey. He is talking quietly to the bear like he is going to toss the honey out of camp so they can run the other way. "see the honey..? You like honey, don't you..? Want the honey..?...."

Then he squirts the honey all over his buddy and runs off...

I'll bet upon further review (on the instant replay machine) that guide agency starts arming at least one of their PH's with a 10 ga. Still would have been tough to hit. Like an angry, suicidal 150 lb quail...

I just finished reading a Book called death in the dark continent. Dude this stuff is the real deal most people are not as lucky as this guy usually those guys have to stuff their intestines back in. I still think its lame he screamed like a girl kinda takes the glory out of it.

Capstick (not sure what to believe or not) talked about his leopard kit and mentioned leather protection and shotguns... I hate to guess what my voice would be like in that situation...probably similarly wimpy.
