Idaho proposals for 2019 tag reductions

Looks like Idaho is proposing some tag reductions for trophy species in 2019. The biggest hit is certainly panhandle area moose. That's a lot of tag reductions if the proposals pass.

Some Big horn sheep increases, definitely moose permits took a hit.

even though I’m not a fan of how they benchmark moose herd health at least they are proactive in keeping it in balance. Their proposals do take away some dang good hunts tho.
