SX3 Replacement Bolt Slide

My son's bolt slide on his SX3 broke in Sept.  I called the factory and got a replacement on order.  After a dozen attempts to contact the service dept. I finally got someone on the phone.  Still back ordered from Winchester.  Hopefully you don't break any parts on your SX3 or SX4 as their parts dept. sucks trying to get a hold and even worse trying to get replacement parts.
