2019 Browning X Bolt MAX LR
« on: January 03, 2019, 02:24:39 PM »
Just starting a new topic instead of adding on to the Hells Canyon thread. For $12-1300 MSRP I think it's a lot of rifle for the $$

When will these be available for purchase? Anyone know?

That looks like a great value for a lot of rifle. A 300wm or rum & 215’s would make for a lr hammer!😎

Wonder what the magazine length is for the 300rum & 28 nosler? Is it gonna hinder being able to load heavy bullets long?

I would think at least for the 28 it will be since they've had other LR rifles in the same caliber. I didn't see the 300RUM in the line up but I didn't look that close at the 30 cals. I'll get the 7 mag if I order one.

Wonder why they would use a stainless barrel but not a stainless action?

:yeah: that is kind of a interesting choice but it doesn’t squelch my desire to own one of these. Was looking for a 30 to shoot 215’s & be a lr packable muley hammer! Thinkin this is what I’m lookin for at a great price point. Now is it a 300wm or 300rum that I desire?🤔......
