Banded Youth or Micro Teen Waders

Anyone know of a local (anywhere in WA, Portland, or Umatilla, OR) shop that has Banded waders for youth or teens?  I want to try them on before I order them online.  I guess I can order from a place with free returns if I have to but would prefer to avoid that.
