Looking for hunting partner
« on: January 26, 2019, 02:57:40 PM »
A bit about me, I’m 32 live in Puyallup and am a elk hunting nut who also loves a good bear hunt both in spring and fall. I have killed elk deer and bear. I hunt elk primarily with a bow but do like a late season rifle hunt when on a multi season hunt in wa or a general tag in Montana. I’m Not looking for someone new with no experience. I have hunted both east and west side of the cascades with not much time spent in the Olympic mountains. I am open to other states I also have a lot of experience hunting montana. The last  3 years I have only hunted elk in Montana before that I backpack hunted in the wilderness solo in the south Cascade’s.

I almost always hunt alone and am looking for someone to hunt with for safety concerns from the wife and to keep my drive alive after a miss or when not finding elk and not to mention hopefully better success when archery hunting I can not count the number of times a bull would post up just outside bow range.

What I’m hoping for is someone or a group fairly close to Puyallup, that shares the same interests and isn’t afraid of going steep and deep every day of the season, has good ethics, and time, money and their own gear to hunt elk during the season and help plan and scout. Thanks for reading if this sounds like you shoot me a pm.

I hunt with my family when possible but find I spend the majority of the time solo. Archery is my go to but have been modern for deer for last decade or two trying to draw that elusive quality tag. :bash: I'm older with the same drives and interests. PM me if you want to talk more.

It's only trouble if you get caught. Otherwise it is an adventure.
