Thats pretty cool that you've been able to track when and where.  I've gotten 3 banded ducks, one of them was banded in New York and shot on Potholes. That blew my mind.

Early goose one year we had a group of about 10 guys knock down 17 birds (I think it was 17 +/- a couple) from one flight and they were all banded.  They were banded that year in Moses Lake, not far from where they were all shot.

One band for me. Drake mallard shot in 2013 near Moses Lake, banded in Alberta earlier that year.

Been at this game for 36 years.  I was fortunate to grow up hunting around some good banding sites.  In my teenage years and twenties I would wait for collared birds to come into the spread.  I'm in the mid 70's on bands.  Several from northern territories, several from Alaska.  A dozen or so from Wrangle Island Russia.  A few from California and Idaho.  A majority banded in Oregon and Washington state.  I think my oldest bird that was banded was a snow goose that was about 20 years old.  I would have to pull up all my COA's.
Cut em!

I am only at 5 bands and can't really recall where they are from besides one that was from a mallard banded in New York and was 9 years old.

All my bands taken in Idaho were banded in Alberta or Idaho except one from Utah.  And one from Westside WA that I took in the Klamath Basin in Oregon.

Have about 20 or so, mostly mallards.  All banded in washington and Alberta, except one this year from Idaho.  Five geese bands have all been banded in coulee city over the course of five years.  All birds shot in moses lake.
