Weaver Scope Mounting Kit

I was thinking of buying one as it's on sale for $44.95. Basically, half off. Is it worth it? I'm not real jazzed about eyeballing my scope to get it plumb and level. Input, or ideas would be appreciated.

I don't know anything about the Weaver kit but my hunting partner has the Wheeler scope mounting kit and it works great.
