Someone with Dem connections really needs to push for a hearing, not going any where, but the discussion would be telling.
Give Kretz a thumbs up!!!

Seems like a waste of time and tax payer dollars to me. We all know it's not gonna happen. By the amount of people on this forum who complain about wasting gov't money, I'm surprised I'm the first to mention it.

"Through a spokesman, Appleton declined to comment. The lethal-control policy that she proposes to end was developed by a Wolf Advisory Group that included the Humane Society of the United States and Defenders of Wildlife."

Members of the WAG, WDFW and DoW were sleeping together in the 1980's with their first wolf/grizzly bear push.

I disagree, JL. Legislators make an annual salary. This doesn't cost any more than the rest of legislation that is considered, and a lot of the rest of that legislation is more bizarre than this. Kretz makes some very good points. If the people in Puget Sound feel so strongly that we need wolves, they should reap what they sow.

I like, although I think they should amend it in committee to allow for lethal removal after wolves eat two children or one child and two cats or two dogs.  They need to give WDFW so room to manage.

So these cost no money to do?
