I don’t agree with the bill, but there is the exemption for you to be able to buy the lead ammo and give it to your kid, so the only change is that your son couldn’t go buy it himself.

I can't find the exemption you mentioned, only the part about not being able transfer or supply the ammunition to the person under age.

And believe me, if you are a serious shooter, it is not cheap ammo.
Doesn’t the bill state any bullet with lead? Not just non jacketed?
