Onx tracks question
«
on:
January 30, 2019, 09:14:03 PM »
For you guys who use Onx on your phones. I was out last weekend and using the “tracks” feature and about halfway through my hike the tracks just disappeared. It still kept track of my mileage and time, MPH etc. just the little track trail was gone. Anyone else have this problem or know why it happens? Also anyone know how to fix the problem? Thanks!!

Never had that issue. Did you call their customer service line? They’ve always been helpful when I called in with issues.

Don't know why it happens but it does. Closing and restarting the app brings them back for me.

Mine tend to get messed up as well, they seem to be a bit glitchy. Start, stop, reset, reboot, the usual stuff like mentioned above usually clears it up.
