Free: Contests & Raffles.
Moderated by John Frampton, President and CEO of the Council to Advance the Hunting and Shooting Sports, the panel included Tony Wasley (NV), Mike Fowlks (UT), Ed Schreiver (ID), Eddie Grasser (AK) and Scott Talbott (WY).
Do you know if he was even invited? Why wasn't Oregon or Montana there?Quite honestly this time of the year is not the time when a Director for a WA St agency should be out of state. It's the legislative session so it's time to sit down with legislators to get them to pass bills relating to their respective agency, of course of most importance is the upcoming two year budget. I'd rather have the WDFW Director sitting in Olympia right now meeting with legislators (fixing the damage done by Unsworth) than at the SCI Convention

It could be he viewed this symposium as a bragging session and knew he had absolutely nothing to add for content?
