Hopefully it's a step in the right direction. With a couple recent incidents with cougars killing people maybe it's a good time to put hound hunting for bears and cats back up for a vote?

Even the dingbat Seattle Councilman who was mauled by a bear said "I don't blame the bear. He was doing what bears do." These people are Ideologs and hunting is bad. What we need is a change in the Washington State Constitution changing the initiative process. All initiatives should have to pass in all counties
