$24k for the WA gov mule deer tag tonight. I thought pretty hard about it at that price. Great night at the Expo. Antelope Island tag went for $305k.

Wow I spent that more then that repairing 6.0 fords and have seen 1 200” buck in 38 years.
I know only 1 7.3 and still 1 200” buck in 38 years.

Keep in mind that not everyone that bids on these tags is doing so because they expect a 200" buck. Some do it because they just love hunting, and the tag gives them the ability to leave work and go hunt, whenever they want and mostly wherever they want. That is the real appeal in my opinion!
Keep in mind also... most of the folks buying these tags don’t care much about what kind of deal they’re getting. I’d also like to know where there are plenty of 200” bucks in Washington. I’d venture to say that some of the best mule deer hunters in this state haven’t seen many 200” bucks here and I mean no disrespect to anyone . Maybe back in the 1950’s.
