Thieves suck.

The law isn't clear, it doesn't describe what secure storage is.  I guess it is up to the prosecutor to make a call and then convince a jury.

I want the rifle back, my irreplaceable (literally) Nomex OR gloves and the thief doing a Federal 5 in addition to whatever the *censored* state of WA puts on. And i want the fkkr to get some wall to wall percussive counseling at some point.

Whatta ya mean I can't have one of each?

What we have here is...Washington Department of NO Fish and WATCHABLE Wildlife.

WDFW is going farther and farther backwards....we need FISH AND GAME back!

Is the law different and enforceable on sovereign tribal land? :dunno:

With our new gun law you my friend are now a felon for leaving your rifle unlocked and not in your possession  :bdid:

Wow! Really helpful comment. :bash:
