I find it odd that Kiro 7 posted a reminder on their FB page. I saw anti-hunters commenting on the WDFW post that they were going to apply to try and take an opportunity away (I don’t think they realized you also have to pass hunters ed and buy a tag).

Unless wdfw is trying to generate funds and don't care where it comes from or what it does to sportsman.  Hope they do their research.

Pretty sure this was tied to their other news report questioning private timberlands spring bear hunts from before. Why else would they have stated all the information needed to apply for these special permits if they were trying to make the tree hugger groups aware,
