Heard through the local grapevine it is a hunter known to us all who buys a lot of Auction tags around the west. Will probably be new state record if the number I heard was correct. No pics and I wont say the name out of respect for privacy.

Probably akin to a cougar tag today: you get one just in case you run into one. I think they were $5.
