I looked at my certificate from last year, am I reading this right? I have to take this bear test every year?
May my presence go unnoticed, may my shot be true, may the blood trail be short.

Amen

It looks like you need to take it annually and have a printout of it on your person in the field if you are hunting in certain GMU's deemed Griz areas by WDFW.

Ya, every stinking year

Shrink the certification down and tape or staple to your transport tag.  You have to show the cert upon demand in the field.
