Browning Hells Canyon Speed Rain Slayer Jacket

Looking at some rain gear on Camofire and wondering how they size.  Do they run large or about right.
I have a size large Sitka jacket I wear with a base layer and thin insulating layer under the jacket.  Would you go with the large Speed Rain Slayer or XL?   Thoughts from those that have it or tried it?
